I am thankful for visionary leaders who empower and drive change. The wisdom & vision of my mentors, clients & support of team have been key to my success. 🌍 Global Immersion: I have been fortunate to work across Europe, the US, and Asia, and within India, experiencing enriching cultures. The legacy of GE, especially GE Capital, taught invaluable lessons that businesses can still learn from. 📜 Historic Changes: Since 1999, witnessed events that shaped our world, from Y2K’s foresight and planning, September 11’s resilience and unity, the Global financial crisis’s prudence, Brexit’s strategic agility, and COVID-19’s innovation and resilience. Celebrating India's World Cup and Olympic gold wins reminded us of teamwork and perseverance, while leadership changes across countries highlighted the power of adaptive leadership. 👥 Evolving Teams & Mindsets: seen our teams grow into leaders, embracing changes brought by generations X, Y, Z, and Alpha. Today, we lead with Domain-led Lean Digital Transformation, AI First, client partnerships, business value, EVP, ESG, and climate change initiatives. Working on the R2R domain has been especially rewarding, as we've built a world-class team. 🔄 Transformational Experiences: Witnessed major acquisitions, mergers, and restructuring, creating shared services from scratch and converting captives to solve client challenges, teaching me adaptability and strategic thinking. Seeing clients amazed by once-impossible transformations proved that determination and collaboration achieve extraordinary results. "Even the impossible says I M POSSIBLE." Delivered business value beyond cost reduction, ensuring sustainable growth. Tackling change management is challenging but rewarding. 🎉 Fun & Engagement: We've had so much fun growing together, exploring new territories, taking risks, & learning continuously. Playing cricket, soccer, badminton, and chess in employee engagement events and winning trophies has been a personal highlight. Trekking the Himalayas, witnessing Mt. Everest from base camp and top mountains, running marathons across India, including Ladakh, have been incredibly fulfilling. I’m happy to share that I’ve obtained a new certification: Black Belt Certification (BB) from Genpact!. This is for demonstrating Lean Six Sigma proficiency by successfully applying LSS tools and techniques within the projects to deliver business outcomes.

I’m happy to share that I’ve completed the The Japan KAIZEN Study Mission, certified by Hirayama Co.! As part of this immersive Lean Study Tour, I had the opportunity to visit leading Japanese manufacturing sites across diverse sectors — including automobile manufacturers, residential equipment makers (sanitary, housing, and water products), electronic home appliance recyclers, Tier 2 auto suppliers, and the Toyota Museum showcasing the evolution of industrial technologies through real machinery. Throughout the journey, I deeply engaged with the core principles of Kaizen, Genchi Genbutsu, Gemba Walks, and the Toyota Production System (TPS) via factory visits, leadership workshops, and rich cultural interactions. This experience offered invaluable firsthand insights into Japan’s operational excellence, sustainability-driven models, and people-centric philosophy of continuous improvement.

Learning never stops, even with a hectic schedule and those weekend stretches. I'm excited to share that I've recently completed the Executive Program in Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy at MIT Sloan School of Management. This journey has been incredibly rewarding, giving me a deeper understanding of how AI can truly transform business strategy. It’s helped me see new ways to connect technology with leadership, and I can't wait to use these insights to help Genpact's clients rethink their business processes, foster innovation, and boost operational excellence.
